Eddy and Rob have over 60 years of General Construction experience together that range from Commercial, Medical, Educational, and high-end Residential.   Their Restaurant experience, which covers Remodels, Facilities / Tenant Finish Out include: Firebird Restaurant Group (El Fenix, Snuffers, La Ventana, and Meso Maya), Restaurants America (Central Standard, Park Tavern), 8.0 Management Construction (Lark, Meddlesome Moth, Flying Fish, Mudhen, Flying Saucer, Rodeo Goat), Bird Café, Park Tavern, Sushi Axiom, Jersey Mike’s, Fat Daddy’s and, the Original Pancake House. A few of their commercial finish projects include Scheels, partnering with ESD, Dallas University, Life School, King Aerospace, Los Lobos Ranch, and Westwood Montessori School. Recently they completed a new, ground-up, Detailing & Finish Out Facility for Auto Nation (24,000 sq. ft.).
